How long does delivery take?

Dispatched in 1-3 business days. Delivery usually takes 10-17 working days from dispatch. Estimated delivery windows are also shown at checkout as a guideline.

Can I track my delivery?

What happens if my delivery is lost or arrives damaged?

All items are thoroughly inspected and securely packed before they leave our hands. Once handed over to the courier, safe transit is the responsibility of the delivery provider. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so we can help you file an inquiry with the courier service. We do not assume liability for courier handling or transit losses.

Returns

What is your return window and policy?

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be strictly unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that do not pass our quality inspection upon arrival will not be eligible for a refund.

Who pays for the return delivery costs?

The customer is entirely responsible for arranging and paying for all return delivery fees. Delivery charges from your original purchase are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service for returns, as we hold no liability for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes. For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, certain items are completely non-returnable. This includes personalized goods, final sale items, and specific product categories. Please ensure your item is eligible before sending it back.

When will my refund be processed?

Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been successfully delivered back to us and passes inspection. If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method. We are not responsible for independent banking processing times or delays in the funds appearing on your statement.

Is it stable?
Yes, when it's assembled on a flat floor and fixed to the wall with the included anti-tip strap. We strongly recommend using the strap, especially for large or lively cats.

Is it big enough for my cat?
It suits kittens and most adult cats. Very large breeds such as Maine Coons may find the top perch and cave snug.

How long does it take to build?
About 20–30 minutes. All fixings and a tool are included.

How do I clean it?
Vacuum the plush regularly and spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild pet-safe soap.

How to Use

  1. Unpack and lay out the parts next to the instructions.
  2. Screw the posts into the base, then add each level from the bottom up.
  3. Tighten every joint by hand, without over-tightening.
  4. Fix the top to the wall with the anti-tip strap.
  5. Rub a little catnip on the posts to invite your cat to explore.

Check the screws every few weeks and re-tighten if the tree starts to wobble.
