How long does delivery take?

Can I track my delivery?

What happens if my delivery is lost or arrives damaged?

All items are thoroughly inspected and securely packed before they leave our hands. Once handed over to the courier, safe transit is the responsibility of the delivery provider. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so we can help you file an inquiry with the courier service. We do not assume liability for courier handling or transit losses.

Returns

What is your return window and policy?

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be strictly unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that do not pass our quality inspection upon arrival will not be eligible for a refund.

Who pays for the return delivery costs?

The customer is entirely responsible for arranging and paying for all return delivery fees. Delivery charges from your original purchase are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service for returns, as we hold no liability for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes. For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, certain items are completely non-returnable. This includes personalized goods, final sale items, and specific product categories. Please ensure your item is eligible before sending it back.

When will my refund be processed?

Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been successfully delivered back to us and passes inspection. If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method. We are not responsible for independent banking processing times or delays in the funds appearing on your statement.

A padded, reflective vest harness with a front clip that gently turns your dog towards you when they pull, and a back clip for relaxed everyday walks. Four adjustment points give a snug fit, and the top handle lets you steady your dog at kerbs and stiles.

How does the no-pull clip work?
Clip your lead to the front ring on the chest. When your dog pulls, the harness turns them gently back towards you rather than letting them lean into the lead. It's a training aid, not a cure, so pair it with short, rewarded walks.

Which size should I choose?
Measure the widest part of your dog's chest, just behind the front legs. Chest size matters most. If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger one and tighten it.

Is it suitable for puppies and small dogs?
It's designed for dogs over about 7kg (15lb). Very small breeds may find it too bulky.

Can I use it with a car tether?
Yes. Clip a car tether to the back ring. It's a walking harness, though, not a crash-tested car harness.

Will it rub?
The chest and back are padded with breathable mesh. Check for rubbing behind the front legs on the first few walks and adjust if needed.

How to Use

  1. Loosen all four slide adjusters and open the buckles.
  2. Place the harness over your dog's back with the handle on top and the padded panel against the chest.
  3. Close the neck and chest buckles.
  4. Adjust until you can fit two fingers under the straps, no more.
  5. Clip your lead to the front ring for training, or the back ring for relaxed walks.

Check the fit regularly and don't leave the harness on an unsupervised dog.
