Returns

What is your return window and policy?

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be strictly unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that do not pass our quality inspection upon arrival will not be eligible for a refund.

Who pays for the return delivery costs?

The customer is entirely responsible for arranging and paying for all return delivery fees. Delivery charges from your original purchase are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service for returns, as we hold no liability for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

When will my refund be processed?
